Jeanie Odom, Play Therapist
I am a San Antonio native and graduate of Texas State University, where I received my BS in Psychology. I later received my Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston– Victoria. I have taught in both private and public schools as well as served as a high school testing coordinator in Lamar CISD. I have worked as a counselor in private practice and at the Fort Bend Juvenile Detention Center.
I am currently the owner of my own practice, Counseling Connections PLLC and am the play therapist and counselor here at Shady Oak Christian School. Along with providing Social Emotional Lessons for our students, I will be taking on play therapy clients through my private practice.
My family and I reside in Fulshear, and my son Oliver will be a 1st grade Grub this school year.
