At Shady Oak Christian School, there is intention behind all decisions we make in our program. We are especially intentional when hiring our staff. We know that caring for children must be a passion and not just a job. Most of our current staff have at least 6 years longevity at Shady Oak. When hiring new staff, we always begin by seeking out individuals who have a connection to our school and who are familiar with “The Shady Oak Way.” We have high expectations of our teachers and provide them with high quality training in topics such as developmentally appropriate education, The Shady Oak Language, and play based learning.
